  • Image:Akshardhamindelhi.jpg is clearly from this website -- note, the people in foreground are the same. Someone has managed to erase the website logo. Does that render the photograph "my creation??" The uploader (very few contributions) has claimed it as his own creation. ImpuMozhi 22:44, 22 May 2006 (UTC)
    • It seems more likely to me that it's the other way around—behindwoods.com added their logo to the picture. We seem to have a version of the image before the logo was added. Removing those logos would be very difficult, especially the clapperboard; if the uploader removed that clapperboard, he would have had to invent the people standing behind it, and the detail of the building. In addition, the version on Misplaced Pages has a higher resolution. To me it seems almost certain that the image on Misplaced Pages is not taken from behindwoods.com. If it's a copyright violation, it must have been taken from another site. Or maybe it's not a copyright violation at all—do you have evidence that behindwoods.com didn't take their image from Misplaced Pages? Or that the person who uploaded the image to Misplaced Pages wasn't the same person who uploaded it to behindwoods.com? —Bkell 02:53, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
