I am getting pretty frustrated at the lack of support serious users often get around here. There is often no way to stop article quality from deteriorating when trolls gave figured out how to game the system.

At the moment I could use the help of an experienced administrator who does not fall for b.s. from trolls. If anyone wants to help, please take a look at these fraudulent 3RR reports Those reports are just the latest attempts at petty harassment, retaliating against my efforts to promote higher content standards on Misplaced Pages. 172 | Talk 17:02, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

I am a historian focusing on international political economy. Since joining Misplaced Pages in 2002 I have written on a broad range of topics in modern history. Some of the articles that I have written have featured, such as Russian constitutional crisis of 1993, Origins of the American Civil War, History of Russia, History of post-Soviet Russia, and George F. Kennan. I've also written articles closer to my area of specialization, such as the "good articles" Bretton Woods system and 1973 oil crisis.
