Revision as of 19:09, 17 June 2006 by GangstaEB (talk | contribs) (→Warning for personal attack: -runon sentence and forgot sig)(diff) ← Previous revision | Latest revision (diff) | Newer revision → (diff)I am taking an extended wikibreak, but will continue to make various minor edits, especially to articles I normally work on. Any comments about this break should be directed to User talk:NSLE/Wikibreak. I may return at some point, and if Misplaced Pages gets better, I will definitely return. If I haven't made any major edits in two to three weeks, it would then be safe to assume I have left. One more request is that my talk page is not edited except for non-wikibreak matters - like if you see me editing too much - please drop me a note to remind me to STOP! Cheers, NSLE 09:34, 11 June 2006 (UTC) |

Thanks for the reminder, but I already knew that. Titoxd 01:40, 15 June 2006 (UTC)

I substantially refactored Kimchi.sg's RfA ; as a result, your rationale has lost some of its context. Mackensen (talk) 02:20, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
Tropical cycone coincidences
Hey I saw the message you left on my subpage, User:Cyclone1/Tropical Cyclone Coincidences. If I clean it up a little do you think it could be an actual article? Just need a few opinions first. →Cyclone1→ 23:55, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Ok, Thanks. I'll work on it. →Cyclone1→ 16:47, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
Warning for personal attack
Hello, I'm ]. I noticed that you made a comment that didn't seem very civil, so it may have been removed. Misplaced Pages is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on ]. Thank you.
I am still waiting for an apology for your personal attack and the repeated false and misleading justifications for blocks of me. I am happy you got desysopped. Añoranza 11:01, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- While NSLE's words were strong they were not intended as a personal attack. Your taunting here is inappropriate, non-constructive, and will not be tolerated on Misplaced Pages. NSLE was unable to tell with certainty that the IPs were not you, as they certainly looked like you... The impersonation of blocked users isn't common, but the evasion of blocks is... so if indeed he made a mistake there you'll have to forgive him. In any case, please try to be more civil. --Gmaxwell 11:49, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- "Intolerable troll" is a very strong personal attack. I am still waiting for an apology for this as well as the repeated false and misleading justifications for blocks of me. I am happy he got desysopped and it is my right to be happy. Añoranza 13:34, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- Being "happy" someone has been desysopped for a totally unrelated matter is more rude. If you look for apologies on Misplaced Pages, you are at the wrong place. Please just let the matter drop, this user has enough on his plate without people making personal attacks against him for alleged personal attacks where he was acting in good faith. Ian13/talk 15:27, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- Calling others intolerable trolls shows no good faith, and the matters were not completely unrelated as both were abuses of admin powers. Añoranza 15:36, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- So then whats the problem - you said it yourself, he is no longer an admin, what more do you want... Ian13/talk 16:13, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
