He recieved a two year assignment as Marshall of the human colony on Kirwane. He departed aboard the ship Phoneix alongside his wife Eliza and his children Zachary and Jessica. When they were attacked by Captain Kidd and was rebuild by BETA to defend the galaxy from the Queen of the Crown.
