A: List any things you've done that you are particularly proud of. It may include any featured or good articles, donating to the Foundation, founding some WikiProject or similar.
3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
A: In this space write about when you may have got into a conflict (be it 3RR, content disagreement or a block etc) and give a few details. Say if you think this will affect you in anyway as an administrator.
