Axact is a Pakistani software company, diploma mill, and accreditation mill, in addition to being in the process of starting the BOL Network.

On 17 May 2015, The New York Times published an investigative story by NYT Pakistan bureau chief Declan Walsh about Axact, accusing Axact of running numerous degree and accreditation mill websites, based among other things on interviews with former Axact employees. The report says that "Axact’s main business has been to take the centuries-old scam of selling fake academic degrees and turn it into an Internet-era scheme on a global scale".

Dawn qouted an anonymous source from Federal Investigation Agency, "the FIA was aware of the issue but had not launched an investigation because it had not received a formal complaint."
