Pippa Garner (birthdate – death), formerly known as Philip Garner, is an artist, designer and author from Los Angeles, CA, who is known for making parody forms of consumer products as well as custom bicycles and vehicles. Notable publications written by Garner include The Better Living Catalog and Utopia... or Bust! Products for the Perfect World.

Biography

Early life

Garner began her career in the 1970s in Los Angeles as a performance artist. She later served in the military and was stationed in Vietnam, where she was subjected to Agent Orange.
