TechCrunch is a blog about Web 2.0 products & companies (a bubble blog), mainly written by Michael Arrington. The blog's first post was on June 11 2005 .

The website's Technorati rank is 33. As of August 3 2006, it has 92,717 readers subscribed to its FeedBurner RSS feed.

TechCrunch is now affiliated with several other websites, commonly referred to as the The TechCrunch Network. These websites include:

  • Localized editions - As of July 11 2006, these include TechCrunch France and TechCrunch Japan - localized editions of the blog, mostly featuring translated posts from TechCrunch.
