Borowa Wola is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Klwów, within Przysucha County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) west of Klwów, 19 km (12 mi) north of Przysucha, and 81 km (50 mi) south of Warsaw.

The village has an approximate population of 150.
