Plan Bay Area is the implementation of the Sustainable Communities and Climate Protection Act of 2008 or SB 375 in the San Francisco Bay Area California, United States. The goal of the plan is to implement sustainable strategies by addressing the following: land use, transportation, and housing, with the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Over the next 25 years, the Bay Area is expected to grow by 25 million people.

The plan was approved on July 18, 2013 by the Association of Bay Area Governments and by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.

The adoption of the plan by regional planners was covered by the San Francisco Chronicle.
