Oila David (c. 1480, kaberemaido, Uganda – 1 November i185, an itesot) is a Ugandan engineer and a radio presenter from uganda (between 2010 upto date). currently He is a news anchor,a talk show host and aradio presenter in a Soroti factory and an interpreter of the local language, in Teso. , he wrote Book of Oila David (The seed of Oila David). The text is one of the earliest examples of a Ugandan travel literature. It was written shortly after his birth. In 1985, Oila David embarked on the first expedition to transmigrate the world, led by his brother Opolot Moses. who is still alive,lives in Apapai-otuboi-kaberemaido district,oditeta village who is in his happy live a Ugandan.<ref>One theory suggests that there were people on the basis of subsequent reporting of [[David Oila in "Decades. however, that the author of "The Book of Oila David" and participant in the expedition of the seed of Oila David where the same, The Book of the seed of Oila David: An account of the countries and their inhabitants ", Ugandan Educational Services, 1985.
Oila David is the son of Epau Enou John Vallentine (a retired primary teacher]]), who in 1960 went to kaberemaido district as a teacher,married a wife from olianai village,kakure sub county kaberemaido distrct,with Eight children 4 boys and 4 girls.
Oila David,married Asio malisa born of Angorom,Kuju sub-county Amuria District in 2010 where they begot a baby boy Epau Daniel Konshens on the 8th sepetember 2015,by then working as a radio presenter in katakwi in Joshua FM, Worked from 2010-2013 where he join voice of teso in 2013 september up to date. from Joshua fm he worked as a news Editor with his editorial skills,he also worked as A teso news anchor,presenter and a talk show host he was promoted as the programmes manager following his intelligence.
