Official languages in Kosovo

We seem to have conflicting information in the article. Someone added recently that Turkish language is official in Kosovo but failed to add any reference. You recently removed the name of the province in Turkish, suggesting that it is not official. Can you clarify whether Turkish is official or not? (Preferrably providing a reference).
