His birthname is Christopher Lloyd, and he was born in New Carrollton, Maryland on April 30, 1982. His solo debut album is "The Hunger For More", which includes the hit single "On Fire". His mother is Puertorican. Lloyd Banks has a strong presence on the mixtape circuit as well. He has released numerous mixtapes with DJ Whoo Kid, including "Mo Money in the Bank Parts 1, 2, and 3"
