- I am not sure you know what defamation is precisely. I presume you refer to this edit . It was an attempt at a compromise between you and twohorned. I see no reason why it is defamatory, Please read WP:BLP. Twohorned objected that Dr. Elst was not part of a professional outfit or a research team or a department, you pointed out that research does not require such a setup, I attempted to split the difference.
