Russian 102nd Military Base.

Georgia

Military bases in Akhalkalaki and Batumi (will be closed by 2009). Also military bases in Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

Kyrgyzstan

Kant military base under CSTO agreement.

Moldova

Russian military base in Transnistria.

Tajikistan

Russian 201st Motor Rifle Division. Also the large civilian/military airport near Dushanbe is capable of accepting all types of military transport aircraft. Russian and Tajik Air Force units are stationed at the Dushanbe facility.

Ukraine

Black Sea Fleet.
