State atheism needs a reassessment of its Importance level, as it has little to do with atheism and is instead an article about anti-theist/anti-religious actions of governments.

It appears that the reported activities of EXMNA are mostly about the activities of its founding, Sarah Haider. It's not clear that there is enough here for a stand alone article on EXMNA. Perhaps this article should be merged into Sarah Haider. Most of the info is already there. Jason from nyc (talk) 15:36, 28 November 2017 (UTC)
A lot has happened since you posed this question. I believe EXMNA's activities such as going on an international tour on college campuses throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as their campaign against the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority that actually affected change are examples of notability and why they stand alone. Sarah Haider's page has also grown to stand alone as she has done several speaking engagements separate from her organization. Seeing as she is a public speaker AND an activist, her actions separate from her organization are alos examples of notability and why she stands alone. I don't believe a merge is necessary.
