Although Misplaced Pages itself is not censored, I reserve the right to delete offensive obscenity and deliberately disruptive edits. If you're just complaining about me, though, I'll leave it on here, I've nothing to hide. (Except my real name, of course.) -- ArglebargleIV 22:35, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
Over hasty speedy delete nomination
Hi, I noticed that you nominated Throne Comics for speedy delete only 1 minute after the writer created it. For A1, A3 , A7 and some other reasons this is much too quick, as the writer is likely to add more that would resolve the issue. Please wait for an hour before tagging these sort of pages. One way to avoid this problem is to patrol from the back or middle of the new pages feed. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 23:46, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
- I was patrolling using Huggle, and I really should just not use the "request CSD" buttons from there, since the new articles that would show up there are, as you said, way too new. Will be more careful in the future. Thanks for the note. -- ArglebargleIV (talk) 21:10, 14 March 2016 (UTC)

Christ for the Nations Institute
Hi, I work for Christ for the Nations Institute and we created the account THEREALCFNI to update and organize the School page on Misplaced Pages. I started updating a couple minor things yesterday and there's so much yet to do (even changing the logo for the newest version we have now), but I see there must be something I don't know about the edit process (because you reverted). I'm trying to learn the process but honestly I find it confusing (to me) so I started editing so I could learn while doing it. Apparently you know a lot about it, so if you're available, I could really use your help if possible.
Thank you so much! Patricia THEREALCFNI (talk) 15:56, 2 June 2016 (UTC)

New deal for page patrollers
Hi ArglebargleIV,
In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.
Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.
Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 04:28, 13 November 2016 (UTC)
Editing criticisms of Apple
Dear Argle, I removed the content because it had already been said almost verbatim earlier in the page. I'll attach an edit summary next time. 2602:306:3994:8120:DCE0:377A:D2C4:430D (talk) 01:47, 15 November 2016 (UTC)

This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
Thanks for correcting my mistakes. The fact I was trying to edit was the person who collaborated on Have you Seen Alice is a different Jacqueline Wright - an LA-based writer/performer. https://thisstage.la/2011/10/have-you-seen-alice/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by HappyD0g (talk • contribs) 23:49, 13 May 2017 (UTC)

Reason for undoing edit.
I want to preemptively explain why I undid your edit. It wasn't anything you did. The user who is arguing for current national liberalistic ideology of the AfD, gave a misleading edit summary. They removed the Antifeminist ideology and replaced it with National Liberlism. I undid the edit to restore that content, so it's nothing against you. R9tgokunks ✡ 19:25, 18 February 2018 (UTC)
- I certainly don't have an issue with what you did. I originally restored the text with Huggle, then thought about it and decided that it was too close to a editorial decision than a vandalism reversion, so I undid myself since Huggle should be used for regular editing. Anyway, thanks for what you did! -- ArglebargleIV (talk)

My edits were correct
I recently edited a few pro wrestlers' wiki pages giving a little more detail in their accomplishments such as MJF being the Undisputed Uncrowned Undefeated AEW Champion. Why would you revert that. It is accurate

Salar Azimi
Hello. I manually reverted your edit (among others) on Salar Azimi because it looked to me like your rollback hit the wrong editor. Your edit reinserted claims that the government was racist for arresting the subject. The IP you rolled back and warned was removing that content. Squeakachu (talk) 03:21, 16 March 2021 (UTC)
- Oh my. I meant to rollback the previous pair of edits and really screwed up there. Thank you for catching that. -- ArglebargleIV (talk) 03:25, 16 March 2021 (UTC)
Troy Carter
Dear friend it's too long. If you really want it in this article, please reduce this to 2-3 sentences and take it to the controversies section. Qba0202 (talk) 07:43, 14 April 2021 (UTC)
- I restored the section while I was doing patrolling only because I didn't think that "Importance" was a detailed enough explanation for removing the text. I have no interest in the Troy Carter (politician) article other than that. Your second explanation is quite good, and from this point I will be leaving the article alone. -- ArglebargleIV (talk) 13:08, 14 April 2021 (UTC)
you asked my to explain , why i made changes to the Neil Best page. I am Neil Best and would like to remove the content in respect of drink driving.
