Any reason for removing the recently added section on talk page of history of Christianity in India?
Can you tell me genuinely that why did you remove that section from history of Christianity in India talk page? Was it in any way violating any Misplaced Pages rules? Or you are one of those fundamentalist Christians who want to prove Christianity reached India by 52 AD while there is no evidence for it?
And why should Tibet be free? Why not Alaska and Hawaii be free? You should know that days of western supremacy are now going down fast and there is no need for the non-western world to accept biased western point of view of looking at things. Time has come to question each and everything which western people have imposed on others. We also question American intervention in Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, role of US govt in creating ISIS and atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki because we do not believe the American story that it was necessary to stop the war because the war ended anyway.
explicit sizes
I noticed that on many of the images you have added to pages that you set a size on pixels - this is against Misplaced Pages policy (WP:PICSIZE) as it breaks the page's functionality on many devices, where the displayed size of images is often set locally. The size you see is not the size everyone else sees. Just use |thumb| - nothing else is required. Also, we do not use people's names if they aren't sufficiently notable to have their own pages - which generally means extensive media or written coverage of the person - per WP:NBIO. I highly doubt Ted Hall meets that definition. - NiD.29 (talk) 07:15, 7 June 2021 (UTC)
Reply re explicit sizes
Thank you for pointing out the problem with explicit sizing of photos. I have tried sometimes to specify a size to get the photo to look good on the page, or to make it large enough to see certain details. However, I had no idea at all that this could be a problem. I thought other editors could easily change the size of any photo I uploaded if they wished. I will certainly be aware of this now and stop doing it. I also apologise for other problems I may have caused because I have been rushing to get as many photos as possible uploaded now while I still can. I am almost totally bed-ridden now and gradually losing functions. Finally, I wasn't meaning to promote the name of my father - this has happened because many of his photos were digitalised by my sister for me and she added his name to the captions as she also sent them out to distant relatives and friends. I should have rewritten these captions and I will certainly check to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. Also, when I and if I can, i will try to rewrite earlier ones. Sorry to have been such a nuisance. Best wishes and keep safe and well. John Hill (talk) 08:31, 7 June 2021 (UTC)
