Sylwia Nowak (born April 28, 1976) is a Polish figure skater that was starting with Sebastian Kolasiński in ice dancing.

Nowak was born in Łódź. Both Nowak and Kolasiński are multiple Polish National Champions, former Junior Worlds Champions and V-ce Champions, they also used to place quite high in senior competitions.

In 2003 the couple turned pro and although they mention from time to time about returning, it seems they won't. Nowadays they work in Lodz Skating Club helping to train local teenage skaters.
