The term fuckwit, is commonly used in the UK, but not limited to other English speaking countries as well. it's connotations are generally negative and most often used to refer to a socially intrusive person who detracts pleasure from others and vacant in self awareness.

Examples of sentences where it could be used..

"It was rather boring at work until that fuckwit Cameron showed up and started his blabbing."

"It would have been an entertaining party, but the fuckwits outnumbered most everybody."
