Your request

Sorry, I don't do requests to enhance articles - there are over a million out there that need improving, and I have my own criteria for what is the best use of my time. I particularly don't do uploading of pictures of actresses - is there something in my edit history or user talk page that would give you the impression that I would care, at all, about that?

What I'm willing to do - if you're interested - is offer you suggestions to improve your editing. For example, you don't seem to understand the value of citations (footnotes). My general rule on editing is that I never add information to an article unless I cite the source for it. If I don't have a source, I don't add something to an article, regardless of how convinced I am that I read or saw the information somewhere. You'd be a much more valuable editor if you did the same. That means using Misplaced Pages:Public domain resources, Misplaced Pages:Research resources, Google Scholar and similar online sources, and whatever reliable sources that you have at home or can get from a library.

So if you want feedback on specific edits that you've made or are thinking of making, or on problems you're having with other editors, or on how to do something in Misplaced Pages, sure, I'd be happy to do that. Editing articles that you want help on, except for copyediting of what you've added from reliable sources -- that, no. -- John Broughton (♫♫) 20:04, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

A dynamic IP

is what 99% of IPs have. You'll give this page to the next person using this IP (randomly chosen) and you'll lose it. 84.71.158.191 20:55, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

Format of talk pages

Please take some time to review Misplaced Pages:Talk_page_guidelines. Responses to comments should not be given a new title. Rather, use a colon at the beginning of the sentence to produce an indent. This allows other editors to follow the conversation. Also, please consider signing up for a user account. The process is totally anonymous and it will allow for improved communication. Thanks. Reverting edits without discussion on Special education

Misplaced Pages is a collaborative project. Two editors (myself included) disagree with your removal of the citation tag. Please do not make contentious edits without discussion and consensus among the editors. The goal of an encyclopedia article is to provide a broad-focused overview of a variety of topics. Insisting that special education "is" only one practice places the topic within a narrow scope. Please provide proper citations and references for your statements. Otherwise, it is construed as "original research" (see WP:OR). I will not revert your current revision, but I encouraged you to be patient with the process of discussion and consensus before making future changes. I also encourage you to sign up for a username to prevent confusion with your contributions and those of other IP addresses. The user name is anonymous and facilitates communication between editors. Welcome to Misplaced Pages. It might not have been your intention, but your recent contribution removed content from Kristin Kreuk. Please be more careful when editing articles and do not remove content from Misplaced Pages without a good reason, which should be specified in the edit summary. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you.

Inclusive Classroom

sorry, I mean to leave a message here yesteday. There are external links, not no referencing, also please read WP:3RR regarding reverting disputed edits. If you looked, you would see that the article is no better that when the tag was added. MHDIV ɪŋglɪʃnɜː(r)d(Suggestion?|wanna chat?) 21:43, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

NPOV concern

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. Thank you for your contributions. As a member of the Misplaced Pages community, I would like to remind you of Misplaced Pages's neutral point of view policy for editors, which you appear to have violated at Great Neck North High School. In the meantime, please be bold and continue contributing to Misplaced Pages. -- Rhobite 22:29, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

The term "at least average", as you have used it, is vague and open to misinterpretation then. It could be interpreted to mean that all students achieve at least average grades, or that all students achieve at least average scores on the Regents. Since not every student at Great Neck high schools passed the Regents, clearly we can say that there is at least one "below average ability" student who attends there. Please make sure that you back up your future edits with citations. Misplaced Pages has a Misplaced Pages:Verifiability policy which must be followed. There is great data on the NYS Education Department web page, greatschools.net, etc. Greatschools.net is where I found that not every student passed the Regents. Happy editing. Since you're editing from a library, and your address is shared with many people, it would be best for you to sign up for your own account if you want to continue this dialogue. Please refer to the Misplaced Pages:No personal attacks policy, also. I will not have a conversation with someone who writes "What the hell is your problem". Rhobite 22:50, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

Your reverts

Um... hey... Lets see your recent changes... I saw your changes to 3 articles specifically. You changed 3 different articles with the SAME WORDS that you added. Check it out: To South, to North, and then to Village. You cannot claim you didn't just copy and paste, come on -- you know better than this. Jess, please don't pull this stunt again... you know what happened last time you did this butchery to wikipedia. Your going to have to follow some guidelines, alright? I don't want to threaten you but if you want to talk about this off of wiki, please message me on my talk page. MrMacMan 04:12, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

Request for information "how to delete"

Having read some of the comments above I do suggest you become a registered user. If you do not wish to register, drop me another note regarding the article(s) you want deleted and I will see if I agree with you - in which case I'll happily do the donkey work. --Richhoncho 22:52, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

Village school image

Look it's impossible to get a higher quality image from a less quality image. the Site has a low quality image, therefore this was the original. MrMacMan 21:39, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
I think that the[REDACTED] picture was the original picture and the one on village school site was given to them, and then they made it smaller -- thusly[REDACTED] has the original and unstolen image. MrMacMan 21:43, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
