Removing talkpage comments

I don't really see what the issue was with those talkpage comments. Nothing I saw warranted removal, am I just not seeing what you are seeing there? Mako001 (C)  (T)  🇺🇦 01:01, 29 January 2023 (UTC)

Lots of them were just the editor saying things they had already said in their edit summaries on the actual article, e.g. the Liz Truss section, or just them getting frustrated and putting it on the talk page, e.g. the Glitch section. Furthermore, I also explained many of the things they had said there in my edit summaries. greyzxq 01:06, 29 January 2023 (UTC)
I'd have two questions though:
Does leaving them there violate any rules?
Is it worthwhile removing them if it is only going to escalate the situation? Mako001 (C)  (T)  🇺🇦 01:11, 29 January 2023 (UTC)
Of course it wasn’t my intention to escalate the situation, and I was hoping that by now the editor would have understood, but they just don’t. I’ll leave it to you to decide whether or not to remove the stuff from the talk page, because after everything I’m not sure whether it would be right for me to make the decision., and I’m not 100% sure on the rules for talk pages. greyzxq 01:16, 29 January 2023 (UTC)
Well, removing those comments was against the rules for talkpages. You should only remove content which violates WP:NOTFORUM (full rules are here). But hey, we all make mistakes. You handled their personal attacks quite well. Sure they were technically correct, but they shouldn't have gone about spouting off like that. Even though you did break the rules, they are defintely closer to a block than you. You may also want to read Misplaced Pages:Edit war, which applies to all pages, not just articles. Anyway, cheerio and happy editing! 🙂 Mako001 (C)  (T)  🇺🇦 01:25, 29 January 2023 (UTC)
Thanks for the help, and the main reason I did remove at least some of them was beacuse they weren't really discussions, like said on WP:NOTFORUM. greyzxq 01:30, 29 January 2023 (UTC)

Dead links

Can you stop sending me links? Your putting links in your edit summaries, and every time I click on it, it says that there’s an error, and my phone crashes.

If your trying to spam me, or hack my phone, Stop immediately!

Also, according to many online polls & statistics, Danish people have a 15% higher iQ level than British people, and a 32% higher iQ level than Americans. So I think it’s maybe a better idea if I then takeover your work, and you just do the fixing typo’s and such. Does that sound like a good plan?

About the links, i don’t know why you can’t see them, but that’s not my problem. About all this "IQ" and "taking over my work"… no. that's not how it works. greyzxq 15:13, 30 January 2023 (UTC)
@Greyzxq (talk · contribs) Excuse me? The links ARE your problem, your the one who sent them to me.
How about you stop being rude and take the blame, because YOU sent me the links…
If you met me in real life, you wouldn’t dare be rude to me, so stop being snarky.
After all, pride always comes before a BIG downfall, so watch your tone, Grey.

No, it's not my problem. It's your device that's crashing and I can't fix that. Maybe try using a different device, because I can easily access all the links I have sent. greyzxq 15:53, 30 January 2023 (UTC)
@Greyzxq (talk · contribs) My device here is just shy of 2 months old, so it’s brand spanking new. There is no way my device is the problem.
You must have typed it in wrong, the links show up in red too.
And if you don’t believe the statistics, here:
Global iQ index:
  • Norway: 86%

What links specifically are you talking about? And stop with the iQ stuff, it's entirely irrelevant. greyzxq 16:15, 30 January 2023 (UTC)

@Greyzxq (talk · contribs) Those links in your edit summaries. The iQ facts are just that, facts… no need to be offended by it. Norway & Iceland are higher iQ than Denmark, but I’m not at all offended. And those links you send, are they British, American or Australian? In Denmark links are protected

And btw, it seems you have chosen to be my Misplaced Pages “helicopter parent” for some reason. I’m not sure how English people are, but in Scandinavian culture suppression is frowned upon 2A02:A44C:6682:1:41D9:C9CB:C73:4E94 (talk) 18:06, 30 January 2023 (UTC)
