Ita can refer to:

  • A sixth century Irish saint: known as Saint Ides or Saint Ida or Saint Ita; or
  • Saint Ita, wife of Pepin I (see Itta)
  • An ethnic group in the Philippine Islands: see Aeta.
  • One of the Latin words meaning yes.
  • A type of palm (Mauritia flexuosa), growing near the Orinoco. The natives eat its fruit and buds, drink its sap, and make thread and cord from its fiber. Also known as the Ité or Moriche Palm.
