Osian Ellis is a Welsh harpist.

Ellis was principal harpist with the London Symphony Orchestra, which he joined in 1961. He later formed the Osian Ellis Harp Ensemble. Concertos have been written specially for him by William Mathias, Alun Hoddinott, Jorgen Jersild, and Robin Holloway. Benjamin Britten, with whom he collaborated extensively, wrote him the Harp Suite (1969). He is the Honorary President of the Wales International Harp Festival.
