Credibility bot

Hi there. I saw a notice at WP:CWNBD about credibility bot, and then read the information at WP:CREDBOT. What I wasn't able to find is what criteria this bot uses to determine the credibility of a source. Does it just rely on WP:RSP, or is it more complex? Thank you.
