Catherine Middleton (1982-), known as Kate, is the girlfriend of Prince William of Wales. She is the eldest daughter of Michael Middleton, a British businessman, and his wife, Carole. The senior Middletons own Party Pieces, a company that sells mail-order party accessories.
Like the prince, with whom she shares an apartment, Kate Middleton is a student at St Andrews. She was raised in Berkshire and previously attended Marlborough College.
