Morda is also a Belgian metal/hardcore band.
Morda is a village on the outskirts of the town of Oswestry, located on the border of England and Wales, however it is best known in the local area for its hugely successfull football team. Morda United FC were founded in 1951 and play their home games at Western lane with a capacity of aprroximately 50, although ledgend does have it that it once took over 300 for a county cup encounter between Morda and local rivals Heath Farm Rangers. They play their football in the Midlands alliance league and have sparcly moved from the division since they were founded in 1951. Their most famous players include the likes of Colin Turner, Alan Richards, Derek Graham and Ernie clarke; all household names in the local area. Their squad today however has had a recent revamp, with former player and now manager Cloin Turner bringing in alot of youth to the club in an effort to propell Morda up the leagues towards the Nationwide Confernece. Ex Shrewsbury town players Elliot Eaton (known for cock sucking), Chris Catherall and Scott Graham have recently signed for the club, along with Elliott Howse who once applied his trade at Accrington Stanley.
