Former departments

This template (and has since its inception) only covers current departments, and not former ones, of which there are quite a number. A handful of old departments are glossed over in their current department article (e.g. the short-lived D/DCMS is covered in the one for D/CMS), but a lot of others have articles, which is appropriate for those subjects. Do we (a) want to adjust the displayed title to "Current Departments of the Government of the United Kingdom", and/or (b) want to add former departments in their own template or section? James F.
