Look bub, it's composed well, shows his face, etc etc. No reason to remove it other than your inability to comprehend that people don't continue to look like they're 40 when they're pushing 60. Hell, he turns 60 on the 2nd!
In the interest of directing you elsewhere, look at Christopher Lee. Check out his infobox image. If Keanu's caused you discomfort, that one will be apt to cause a short-circut!
