Near the end of the game, Love suffered an MCL sprain and was expected to miss at least the next three games. He was not placed on IR, which means he could be back within four weeks.

Research indicated that these uplifts posed no immediate threat of a volcanic eruption, since they may have developed long ago, and there had been no temperature increase found near the uplifts. Most recently, in July 2024, a hydrothermal explosion occurred in Biscuit Basin.
