In the examples section the song "Barney's On Fire" is listed as being misattributed to Weird Al Yankovich. It could also be included that, in an ironic twist, Weird Al did sing about Barney in his parody of "MacArthur Park" known as "Jurassic Park". The lyric in question was, "I'm afraid those things will harm me, 'cause they sure don't act like Barney." Why no Barney Bunch mentions?

I'm not trying to sound like a troll here, but why is it that when any mention of "The Barney Bunch" comes up, it immediately gets shelved on a page that is all about (*and is thus labeled as*) "Anti-Barney humor"? Is it because of how the show is about gay stereotypes? Because there are definitely other pages that are about such topics, too. Coolsickle462 (talk) 12:49, 9 October 2024 (UTC)

No, it's because you provided no reliable sources to back it up. From WP:V: "...all material must be attributable to reliable, published sources. Additionally, quotations and any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be supported by inline citations." From WP:BURDEN: "The burden to demonstrate verifiability lies with the editor who adds or restores material, and it is satisfied by providing an inline citation to a reliable source that directly supports the contribution." I don't know who even put that there in the first place, but whoever did it must've not cited any of my videos on YouTube. I really have been making Barney Error videos with real voice acting. For instance, I made a realistic looking Barney Error based on the Nintendo 3DS, which is what started my reputation for doing voice impressions of Barney in Barney Error videos. It seems like you want us to include your stuff on this page - apart from it failing WP:GNG, there could be major WP:COI issues - the talk page topic you added here reeks of self-promotion. The Grand Delusion 05:00, 25 December 2024 (UTC)
