Why is "coffeshop" italicised on every use in this article?

- I found this page and immediately had the same question. An online search didn't give me any answers. There isn't any logical grammatical reason for it, and there is no mention of this anywhere in the article. There is no mention that I found in many edits over 17 years, at least that I could find. If nobody offers an explanation for this in the article, it should be unitalicized. Indy (talk) 09:55, 25 August 2023 (UTC)
