History

Francis opened business in 2021 as a food truck, often situated outside of the Minneapolis brewery Sociable Ciderworks. The first brick-and-mortar location opened in January 2023, and the second location opened in November 2024.

Reception

Francis Burger Joint was named #19 in Yelp's "Top 100 Vegan Restaurants in the US 2024".
