Jordan Marshall (born November 2, 2005) is an American football running back for the Michigan Wolverines.
High school career
Marshall attended Moeller High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a junior in 2023, he was selected as the Gatorade Ohio Football Player of the year, tallying 1,951 rushing yards, 364 receiving yards, and 33 touchdowns. During his senior year he rushed for 1,550 yards and 17 touchdowns in 13 games. He also had 30 receptions for 394 yards and four touchdowns. Following the season he was named Ohio Mr. Football. He finished his high school career with 4,787 rushing yards. He was rated a four-star recruit, and ranked the No. 6 running back in the country by 247Sports.
University of Michigan
Marshall was rated as the No. 91 recruit in the country by 247 Sports composite rankings. He had offers from numerous schools, including Ohio State, Michigan State, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. He announced his commitment to Michigan in March 2023.
He had only eight carries in the 2024 regular season, tallying 20 yards. He got his first start for Michigan in the 2024 ReliaQuest Bowl against No. 11 Alabama, tallying 100 yards on 23 carries.
