Ponpailin 'Noi' Kaewduangdee is a Lao chef, based in Vientiane. Ponpailin is the chef and owner of Doi Ka Noi, a restaurant focused on seasonal Lao cuisine. Ponpailin was raised in a subsistence farming community in Khammouane Province. She opened Doi Ka Noi in Vientiane in 2015. The restaurant was the first Lao member of Slow Food.
