The 2024–25 VCU Rams women's basketball team represents Virginia Commonwealth University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Rams, led by eleventh-year head coach Beth O'Boyle, play their home games at the Siegel Center in Richmond, Virginia, as members of the Atlantic 10 Conference.

Previous season

The Rams finished the 2023–24 season 26–6, 15–3 in A–10 play to finish in a tie for second place. They were upset by Saint Louis in the quarterfinals of the A–10 tournament. They received an at-large bid to the WBIT, where they would be fall to eventual tournament runner-up Villanova in the first round.
