My wife, Neta, and I are very grateful for the opportunity you have given to serve Anambra State. We are confident that with the policies and programmes you have enunciated, Anambra State is destined to become the liveable and prosperous homeland you promised our people.” He was the chairman of BeeCharity Outlook Foundation, an NGO focused on child labour eradication.

Paul Nwosu was made a Commissioner for Information in 2022 and has been in this post since Governor Soludo came into power. It is important to note that he was a Commissioner under Governor Willie Obiano and served for eight years. He was one of the few commissioners who joined Governor Soludo from the previous administration. However, he resigned from this post in September 2024 with a claim for personal reasons. At his resignation, the Anambra state Governor, Prof. Charles Soludo commended Sir Paul Nwosu for his, "dedication and contributions during his tenure as Commissioner for Information, wishing him the very best in his future endeavours." In another scenario, Paul Nwosu was said to have been sacked from his post as Commissioner for Information by the Anambra state Governor, Prof.Charles Soludo. According to ThisDay, “Nwosu was sacked for incompetence, because of the dwindling image of the governor, especially in the face of next year’s governorship election.”

In his activities as the Commissioner for information in Anambra State, he performed activities relating to information dissemination, and government statements press conferences and issuing of government thoughts on the election.

He delivered a Keynote Address at the Symposium of the Correspondents’ Chapel of the Anambra State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists in Awka in 2022 where he spoke on on the environmental safety and health that, “the policy of urban regeneration is a marketing staple that the media amply embraced. The cities are decaying all over the world, and the global media cannot but put it on the front burner. This is being replicated in Anambra State where regenerating the urban areas entails land redevelopment, clearing the slums, revving up the inner cities, and generally creating opportunities for healthier living, housing and business.”

Sir Paul Nwosu attended the cultural events of the Anambra State Library Board, held at the Professor Kenneth Dike Central E-Library, Awka. He was at the 2023 Annual Conference of Nigeria Library Association (NLA), Anambra State Chapter held at Awka.
