Tamara Paranaguá do Carmo (born May 12, 2003), commonly known as Tamara Bolt is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward for the Washington Spirit of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
Club career
Bolt won two Gauchão titles and one Ladies Cup [pt] with SC Internacional.
The Washington Spirit announced Bolt's signing on a one-year deal with two additional-year options on January 9, 2025.
