Nana Akosua Frimpomaa Sarpong-Kumankumah is a Ghanaian politician, entrepreneur and currently the flagbearer of the Convention People's Party (CPP). In the 2024 Ghanaian general election, she stood as the candidate on the ticket of the Convention People's Party (CPP).

Early life and education

Sarpong-Kumankumah had her secondary education at the Mfantsiman Girls’ Secondary School and she further went to Kumasi Polytechnic.

Political career

Sarpong-Kumankumah is a member of the Convention People's Party (CPP).

In September 2024, she took part in the CPP's Presidential Primary and emerged as the winner. She won with 763 votes whiles her opponent Yaw Anokye Frimpong had 586 votes out of the 1360 votes cast.
