David "James" Farina (born July 22, 1983) is an American Italian science educator and Debunker on YouTube under the name Professor Dave Explains. Farina is also a member the indie band The Lonely Wild.
Career
Farina received his bachelors degree in chemistry from Carleton College in 2005. In 2012, Farina joined the band The Lonely Wild.
In 2015 Farina started a YouTube channel devoted to educational videos about chemistry, biochemistry, biology, physics and mathematics.
