Thd Funeral Of The Anarchist Pinelli is a 1972 painting by the Italian artist Enrico Baj (1924-2003) and one of his most noted and controversial works, It is a large scale mixed-media installation The Funeral of Anarchist which encompasses an entire wall and spills over onto the floor. The work makes direct reference Carlo Carrà 1911 Futurist painting The Funeral of the Anarchist Galli, which isthe earlier artist's most famous work.

Thevwork inspired by the death of political activist Pino Pinelli who suspiciously died after fall at Milan Police headquarters where he was being detained on the suspicion of his involvement of the massacre at Piazza Fontana.
