Ludwik Janczyszyn (11 May 1923 - 27 July 1994) - Polish admiral, infantry officer and naval deck officer. Commander of the Navy in the years 1969-1986. Member of the Sejm of the Polish People's Republic of the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th term (1972-1989). Member of the Military Council of National Salvation (1981-1983), ambassador of the Polish People's Republic to Syria and Jordan (1986-1988).
