The Blue Ocean Restaurant (Moana Pulú Falekai) is a Chinese restaurant on the main street, Te Auala O Tuvalu, in the Vaiaku village of Funafuti, Tuvalu, on the Fongafale islet. It is one of two Chinese restaurants in the country. It is the most popular restaurant in the nation, as well as one of the only restaurants in Funafuti with open-air dining, and is renowned for it's fresh seafood. It was established in September of 2019 by George Laupane, a former member of the Tuvalu High Commission and Tuvalu Treasury Department. The restaurant was founded with the help of a $20,000 loan, and built on land owned by his wife. All of their food is bought from local suppliers. It is open from 10 AM to 5 PM every day except Sundays, when it is closed. It is said to have welcoming service. The building is a mix of modern and traditional Tuvaluan architecture.

The Blue Ocean Restaurant is known for recreating poor Chinese classic dishes, which are known for coming with lots of cabbage. One Chinese dish it serves is a simple black bean curry. It also has a bar, which serves beer and milkshakes, two very popular drinks. The Blue Ocean Restaurant also serves some Tuvaluan food, including grilled fish, and a coconut-infused curry.
