Torsten Frings (born 22 November, 1976 in Würsel) is a German football midfielder who currently plays for Bayern Munich of the German Bundesliga.

Before joining Bayern, Frings played for Alemannia Aachen (1994-97), Werder Bremen (1997-2002), and Borussia Dortmund (2002-04). For the German national team, he played in the 2002 World Cup and Euro 2004.
