Canadian Bay, (Mt eliza, Victoria, Australia) usually a bay beach with no waves but on a 30knot+ W NW wind small waves are found in the bay much like small wind waves at any surf beach. loacal surfers are Tom Brown & Harry Whitty. these locals are heavy and localism runs rampant in these small onshore waves.
