A Japanese monorail service between in Kanagawa prefecture, 30 miles or 50 km south of Tokyo. It is a suspended monorail. The line opened on 3rd March 1970, which was the first monorail of the kind in Japan.
The trains traveles about 4.1 miles or 6.6 km every 7-8 minutes between Ofuna and Enoshima, stopping at 6 stops whilist. The average of a single journey is 13-4 minutes. 
As the line is located within commuting distance of Tokyo, it is important transport for the local residents.
