Channel Two can refer to:

• BBC Two, British Broadcasting Corporation's second major television channel.
• In Audit, Channel Two are clients not certified by the Audit firm, as opposed to Channel One
• An informal name to refer to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) television network, which broadcasts on channel 2 in most major Australian cities.
