Resistance is a Killer App

Many people, myself included, believe Resistance: Fall of Man is a killer application and does excel in many ways. These people haven't soley, but mainly, bought this system to play this game. If you will kindly go to the review of this game at ign.com you will see that they, too, believe it to be the first Playstation 3 killer application, and as you should know this is a respectable source of info. Bitch. Remember to go to the review of the game at ign.com. Bitch. Concerning your comment about Pro Evolution Soccer, it nullifies your whole argument, due to the fact that it's shit.--Dr.Awesomeness 23:23, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

Resistance is AWESOME

Resistance: Fall of Man is an awesome game, and everybody I know who played this game thought it was a Killer Application, and that page is all opinion so who made you the decider, and that is a real word, of what game is awesome and what games suck like Gears of War.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Dr.Awesomeness (talkcontribs)

Speedily-deleting spam

Please note that 'spam' is not a criterion for speedy deletion. In the case of Tropical Puzzle there is a speedy-deletion criterion you could use: {{db-a3}} ('consists of nothing but links elsewhere'). Thanks. --ais523 11:14, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

Brennus Shield

I notice you tagged Brennus Shield for speedy deletion; there are a couple of problesm with this. First "taken from the French wiki" is not one of the reasons for speedy deletion listed here. Please only tag articles that fall into one of the Criteria for Speedy Deletion. Second we actively encourage people to take material from the other language Wikis, translate them and add them here. Thank, Gwernol 11:51, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

Not to worry, we all make mistakes while learning (see my early contributions for plenty of examples :-). This is in fact a great example of why we should be careful about speedying articles - this is turning into a good article that adds to Misplaced Pages - I never knew about the Brennus Shield before, now I do. I would have tagged this article as {{notenglish}}, that way it would have been marked as requiring translation but not added to the speedy deletion category. Best, Gwernol 13:37, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

Diablo II: Lord of Destruction Patch History

Diablo II: Lord of Destruction Patch History has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt this information might not be verifiable. Please review Misplaced Pages:Verifiability for the relevant policy. If you can improve the article to address these concerns, please do so, citing sources.

If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the "prod" notice, the article may be deleted without further discussion. If you remove the prod notice, the deletion process will stop, but if an editor is still not satisfied that the article meets Misplaced Pages guidelines, it may be sent to Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion for consensus. BSB

i don't really know to use a talk page so i'll just say it here (i hope its the right place). boyband is not a genre of music...it is a stupid term given to male groups. if you are going to use that as a genre for BSB, i fully expect you to add it all the other late 90's "boybands" and also add it to the Beach Boys, Beatles, Eagles, and countless other male pop bands and groups. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pompertown (talkcontribs)

but the BSB play their own instruments as well...you're just basing it on what they did 7-8 years ago. you would really be surprised to learn about what they've become...— Preceding unsigned comment added by Pompertown (talkcontribs)

Test Drive Unlimited Talk Page

David Russell Apartments

Hi Falcon. I don't think this article qualifies as "patent nonsense", and spam is not yet a criterion for speedy deletion, so I have removed your speedy tag, and prodded the article instead. JPD (talk) 11:30, 11 September 2006 (UTC)

Cult of the Dead Cow ASCII art

There's nothing wrong with the size of the ASCII art in the article. --Myles Long 15:23, 15 September 2006 (UTC)

PSPUpdates

You don't seem to realise that PSPUpdates is not respected by the communtiy as much as say MaxConsole.net and I feel that you are also having a point of view on the fact that you say PSPUpdates is okay to have as a link.

Sims 2 Cheat Bugs

I see that back in June of 2006, you took out the section on bugs related to cheats for The Sims 2. However, since cheats are used frequently by players, shouldn't there be some way of warning users what the risks of using certain cheats are?

The two I added were: Door-Clone Glitch and Boddler Glitch. I've been placing the documentation on my own personal Wiki site about the Boddler Glitch, which causes the secondary condition BI-SWILS. It's part of a condition in the game that is more significant, which is documented here.

If there is any way that Misplaced Pages can use this information, they are welcome to it. A link back would be appreciated, however.--The Bulldozer 03:05, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

You seem to qualify. You can accept or decline the invitation. Whichever you wish. Deltaneos (talk) 13:41, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

Resident Evil 4

I noticed that you added a source for the RE4's PC port, including a link. I just wanted to say... THANK YOU. For what seems like a MONTH some guy has kept adding in the paragraph and adding the paragraph, but consistently refused to put any sort of source in. Thanks to your addition, I no longer have to sit on the article and watch for it. A million thanks! Ex-Nintendo Employee 00:50, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
