Song Croatian singer and songwriter Ivo Robić made the very song for the singing festival in Split (Croatia). The song was never sung. It came to the famous Frank Sinatra who recorded it and the glory went to him instead Robić. Ivo Robić sang in also German (Fremde in der Nacht) and Croatian (Stranci u Noći)
