Tay Zonday is a 25 year old singer, Internet phenomenon, badass, songwriter and vocalist. He came to fame through some video's he posted on Youtube video sharing website and the media support of 4chan forums. His most popular song has been "Chocolate Rain" which received hundreds of millions of views within hours.The song deals with the historic and sytematic oppression and disenfranchisement of black people, e.g in the justice system the lyrics say:

The judge and jury swear it's not the face
His songs are characterized by varying styles and he sings with a deep, opera-like voice. He claims to have no formal vocal or piano training. The popularity of Chocolate Rain has seen many remixes being done by fans including a Darth Vader and a club mix.
